Profile

When Alan’s great grandfather Miciaiah Parry settled in Buderim in 1888 he worked for the only Business then operating in Maroochydore, being the timber mill on the southern bank of the Maroochy River.

Commerce on the Sunshine Coast has since thrived and Alan now has an extensive Commercial Law Practice based in Maroochydore.

Educated at the Caloundra primary and secondary schools, Alan was admitted as a lawyer in 1979, and has practised in the firm’s Caloundra and Maroochydore offices for the last 28 years. In 1995 he was also admitted as a Notary Public.

Alan practices principally in the areas of commercial conveyancing/development, small business transfers (including retail shop and commercial leasing), liquor licensing, as well as Supreme Court and Land Court property related commercial litigation.

His wife, Faye, recently retired as Proprietor of the Sunshine Coast’s leading Model Agency and School of Deportment in Maroochydore, now known as “Faye Rolph Models” (FRM). After 27 years in the Business, their daughter, Monique, has now taken over the reins in partnership.
