Alan Parry is a 4th generation member of the Parry
family, who originally settled in Buderim in 1888,
so it goes without saying that the "Sunshine
Coast" is in his blood, and he is here to stay.
Educated at the Caloundra primary and secondary schools,
Alan was admitted as a lawyer in 1979, and has been
practising law on the Sunshine Coast for more than
twenty (20) years. In 1995 he was also admitted as
a Notary Public.
After some 19 years at the firm's Caloundra office,
Alan relocated to the now Maroochydore office in late
1999, and acts for many leading business identities
on the Coast.
Alan has an extensive commercial law practise, dealing
principally in the areas of commercial conveyancing/development,
small business transactions including retail and commercial
leasing, liquor licensing, employment law, as well
as superior court commercial litigation.
His wife Faye, has for a similar period of time,
conducted the Sunshine Coast's leading Model Agency
and School of Deportment in Maroochydore, known as
"The Faye Rolph Academy", and they have
3 children.
In his leisure time, Alan can be found either on
the golf course or east of Mooloolaba Harbour wetting
a line.
While he is the resident principal of our Maroochydore
office, he will happily visit our Caloundra office,
by appointment, to consult with clients.
